A family villa located in Al-Wasl district in Dubai where the villa’s plot overlooks downtown Dubai with the monumental Burj Khalifa.

The plot lies within a residential community bounded by neighboring residential plots, where having an open view while maintain privacy is a challenge.

The villa’s concept was influenced by Al Sadu traditional textile art patterns, where these artistic patterns where used in the textile covering old traditional tents.

These pattern where derived by the elements in the environment like palm trunks, leaves, camels ,birds and sea.
