El tico cabaña , a hybrid of both traditional family house inspired by TICO houses of Costa Rica & surfing cabins.The project have an interesting challenge which is to design a cozy modern family house while considering business feasibility & flexibility if the project was turned into a hospitality business in future.

The project consists of 4 main components; Main house building, attached bunkhouse/surfing cabin, yoga shed & commercial annex.
